Any time a family pursues an adoption, a homestudy is required by law. The home study agency must be licensed in the state which the prospective adoptive parent(s) reside. All Blessings is a non-profit, child-placing agency, fully licensed to provide services to residents of Indiana.

ABI provides home study services to families hoping to pursue adoption from any country open to American citizens. ABI can provide domestic home studies for families interested in domestic adoption. Indiana families are also eligible to apply to ABI’s domestic adoption program. If a family is utilizing placement services from an agency other than ABI, we work cooperatively with the client’s placement agency to ensure the best possible services are rendered.

ABI is staffed with highly experienced adoption professionals, who have assisted families with adoptions from countries around the world. Many of our staff are adoptive parents themselves, and therefore are compassionate to the needs of prospective adoptive parents. ABI staff is passionate about adoption and serving adoptive families and children.

The ABI Indiana office is located in Jeffersonville, Indiana. However, families are asked to use ABI’s main office in Owensboro, Kentucky for all written correspondence.
